Powerful cleaning and high replaceability
The synergistic effect of an optimal base polymer and special surfactant attains strong cleaning power and quick replacement to succeeding resins. This technology significantly contributes to the reduction of downtime.
Can be applied to a wide range of compatible materials and operating temperatures
Supports all types of thermoplastic resins, from general purpose resins to super engineering resins, with an extremely wide operating temperature range.
Compatible with all types of molding machines
Cleans the entire injection molding machine including barrels, screws and nozzles and also, hot runner molds, T-die extruders, inflation extruders, blow molding machines and the like.
Simplicity that increases efficiency
The product is offered in a ready-to-use pellet form with no mixing required. For processes such as sheet extrusion, it can be used for cleaning with the die mold or screen pack still attached, enabling the equipment to be cleaned without stopping, regardless of the molding condition of the leading resin.
Low mechanical wear
Most grades do not contain fillers such as glass which can cause wear to the barrel and screw. Some grades do contain glass but are recommended to be used infrequently to clean severely built-up residue and carbon.
Environmentally oriented safety
This is a safe cleaning agent that does not generate any toxic gases or unpleasant odor when used as directed. The pellet form makes it easy to use.
